Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries is pleased to have been a part of LAMBFEST 7.0 which took place at the Germanic-American Institute on Summit Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota on Saturday September 19th, 2015.
The event, sponsored by Solo Vino Wines, was very well attended. A near capacity crowd gathered on the grounds to enjoy a fun filled evening of excellent food, fine wine, and great conversation, all in the name of charity.
Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries slow-roasted two whole lambs on our trademark stainless steel rotisseries, all the while marinating them our special blend of herbs and spices. The lambs were then removed from the rotisseries and delicately cut into bite size pieces and served atop a small round flatbread with a drizzle of garlic mayonnaise. Each one was served with a side of tomato and cucumber salad made with a special honey and oregano balsamic vinaigrette.
