Rub this mixture all over the chicken and under the skin and inside, and on potatoes. Put a few holes in the potatoes. Cook in the Minnesota Mini™ until recommended temperature reached. Serve with salad. Recipe Notes Can use 1 cup olive oil in place of butter.
