MGR Rotisserie Chicken
- Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub this mixture all over the chicken and under the skin and inside, and on potatoes.
- Put a few holes in the potatoes.
- Cook in the Minnesota Mini™ until recommended temperature reached.
- Serve with salad.
Can use 1 cup olive oil in place of butter.
