- 2racks baby back ribs
- salt
- pepper
- 2cups barbecue sauce
- Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly on raw baby backs ribs and place in Minnesota Mini Rotisserie.
- Place the rotisserie on your grill on low heat.
- When they are cooked to your satisfaction, baste them with your favorite barbecue sauce by drizzling it on the ribs while they are turning.
- Cook for five more minutes and serve.
There is no need to pre-cook the ribs in the oven.
