Baby Back Ribs

Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
  • 2racks baby back ribs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly on raw baby backs ribs and place in Minnesota Mini Rotisserie.
  2. Place the rotisserie on your grill on low heat.
  3. When they are cooked to your satisfaction, baste them with your favorite barbecue sauce by drizzling it on the ribs while they are turning.
  4. Cook for five more minutes and serve.
Recipe Notes

There is no need to pre-cook the ribs in the oven.

Meat Lover's Feast

Meat Lover's Feast
Ingredients
  • 3-4 country style ribs
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 small chickens or Cornish hens
  • 1stick butter
  • 1tablespoon salt
  • 1tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4cup fresh rosemary
  • 1/4cup fresh thyme
Instructions
  1. Slightly melt the butter and add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, rosemary and thyme.
  2. Rub all the meat with this and place meat in the Minnesota Mini Rotisserie.
  3. Place the rotisserie on your grill and cook on low heat.
  4. Cook meat to recommended temperature. Enjoy!

Vegan Delight

Vegan Delight
Ingredients
  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 butternut squashchopped into large hockey puck sized pieces
  • 2ears cornwith husk left on
  • 1 large head of garlic
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tablespoon salt
  • 1tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4cup garlic powder
  • 1/4cup onion powder
  • 1/4cup dry basil
  • 1/4cup dry oregano
Instructions
  1. Coat all of the items with a light coat of extra-virgin olive oil.
  2. Mix all the spices together and sprinkle them over all the items.
  3. Combine all the vegan items together into the Minnesota Mini Rotisserie and place it on your grill on low heat.
  4. Add the spice mix as desired while cooking.
Recipe Notes

Be careful not to add too much oil and do not pour oil on the vegetables while they're on the grill.
Cooking time approximately one hour.

Fifth Annual Taste of Northeast

Minnesota Grills and Rotisseries at Minneapolis Taste of NortheastThe Fifth Annual Taste of Northeast in Minneapolis, MN was a tremendous success!

Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries is proud to have been a part of the festival this year. The MGR tent was very busy all day long with a steady flow of happy customers. Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries served pulled pork sandwiches, gyro sandwiches, falafel sandwiches, polish sausage, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs and French fries.

In addition we roasted a delicious whole hog on one of our special stainless steel rotisseries which we shared with our friends from St. Mary's Cathedral at the end of the night.

Thank you St. Mary's Cathedral!

LambFest 7.0

Lamb roasting at LambFest 7.0Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries is pleased to have been a part of LAMBFEST 7.0 which took place at the Germanic-American Institute on Summit Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota on Saturday September 19th, 2015.

The event, sponsored by Solo Vino Wines, was very well attended. A near capacity crowd gathered on the grounds to enjoy a fun filled evening of excellent food, fine wine, and great conversation, all in the name of charity.

Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries slow-roasted two whole lambs on our trademark stainless steel rotisseries, all the while marinating them our special blend of herbs and spices. The lambs were then removed from the rotisseries and delicately cut into bite size pieces and served atop a small round flatbread with a drizzle of garlic mayonnaise. Each one was served with a side of tomato and cucumber salad made with a special honey and oregano balsamic vinaigrette.

Thank you to all who attended this charitable cause and to Solo Vino Wines for sponsoring it.
